Do I need to install software on my computer to use Albumko?
No! Albumko is 100% virtual so you do not have to download any software and since it’s all online, you can access it anywhere that you have an internet connection.
Do I have to start from scratch?
In a sense, yes there are a few options for you. You can create the album page by page or input the number of pages and albumko can create the design for you. If you're not sure how many pages albumko can figure it out for you.
What sizes do you offer?
All of them. Square, vertical or horizontal, we've got you covered!
Do I have to design pages manually?
No, you can choose from hundreds of templates.
How long does it take to finish an album?
That's up to you! It can take 1 minute if you have albumko do all for you or a little longer if you want to play around with different templates.
Is there any limit on the amount of changes you can make?
No.
What kind of hi-res files can I download?
You can download hi-res jpg files that are 100% ready for print. Including front and back covers with safety margins and expanded color that will wrap over the cover.
How many customers can I manage?
As many as you can handle, unlike your wedding clients you aren't limited to just one partner (pun intended haha)
How do I share the book design with my client?
You can download a pdf and send it to them (it's less than 25mb so you can send it in email) . Premium and All-Inclusive users can also share the design with clients right through the app where they can comment on pages or design it themselves.
What if I don't finish the album and it gets deleted?
You have an option to extend the time limit for an additional fee or you can download the project file (premium and all inclusive only) for storage on your computer (which you can later upload directly to Albumko). With that option.. the project will restore the previous design 100%.
Why is this so cheap?
We ask ourselves the same question..
